Consulting/coaching cannot be refunded and may not be rescheduled if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Refunds are not given for no-show appointments, appointments missed due to illness or emergency, or technical difficulties. In all cases, the consultation or coaching session will be rescheduled at the earliest, most convenient date for both parties.
Because graphic design work requires feedback along the way, there are no refunds on design work.

If we ever serve attorneys outside of Georgia, we will do our research so we can be informed of your specific needs. With this said, we have all posts approved by an approved leader or owner at the law firm we represent to ensure all posts are meeting the guidelines you specifically want to follow.
